FIRE DAMPER TESTING

React's fully trained team carry out inspections and testing of fire dampers throughout Great Britain, in accordance with BS 9999:2017 standards.

Fire dampers play a crucial role in the prevention of fires within ductwork systems.

It is a stipulation of BS 9999:2017 that all fire dampers should be drop tested, cleaned and maintained every twelve months as a minimum.

KITCHEN GREASE EXTRACT CLEANING

React Specialist Cleaning successfully inspect and clean all types of kitchen extract and ducting systems throughout the United Kingdom, helping our clients remain compliant with HVCA TR19, Fire Officers and Insurers.

Failure to ensure regular inspection and cleaning of kitchen grease extract systems can result in them quickly becoming a fire risk.  It is not uncommon for systems laden with grease to ignite in circumstances of flame or very high temperatures.

It is important to stress that your buildings insurance may be invalidated if you fail to carry out regular inspection and cleaning of such grease extract systems.  Through an agreed method of cleaning, React will happily work with you to agree on regular inspection and cleaning programmes, thus reducing your Health and Safety risk.

At React Specialist Cleaning, our ductwork cleaning services have been designed to help our clientele meet their legal obligations as well as exercise their duty of care.  Our services range from system survey to full system clean.
