REACT is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a new £250,000 contract to regularly provide specialist deep cleaning services to a client operating in the social housing sector.
The contract, commencing 2nd November 2021, has been awarded by a large housing repair and maintenance organisation responsible for over 40 social housing clients throughout the United Kingdom.
The contract is worth up to £250,000 per year. It will focus on both reactive and planned maintenance void clearances throughout the southwestern region of England, servicing a potential housing stock of c.32,000 homes.
