It would be fair to say that 2020 has been a surprising and worrying year for everyone. We’ve all had to get used to new ways of working, travelling and interacting socially. It’s specialist work, to which we’re ideally suited with our expertise in infection control, decontamination and deep cleaning. And as we grow our business, we’re looking to work with other organisations as partners to develop our services further. In this blog, we’re going to look at what’s on offer with our partner programme.
Specialist cleaning services for every sector
React is a specialist cleaning and decontamination business. Hopefully, that’s immediately apparent from our company name. But in more detail, our extreme cleaning services tackle cleaning problems with which non-specialists simply can’t cope. We go beyond the everyday and provide an immediate response to urgent situations. This includes clearing up after traffic accidents (RTAs), trauma and emergencies on the railway network, flood and sewage damage, and the decontamination of property and public spaces.
Thanks to our experience and rigorous processes, we have security clearance to work in some of the most sensitive possible areas. We work with several large Tier 1 or blue-chip organisations, mainly in the healthcare, judiciary, rail, road and social housing sectors. We also support many large facilities management companies. And over the course of 2020, we’ve seen increased demand for our services. Many organisations now need to undertake deep cleaning and decontamination to focus on infection control and keeping Covid-safe.
Our partners must share a commitment to cleaning excellence
As demand for our services is growing, we need to expand and find new ways of working. That’s why we’re looking to add to our partner network of sub-contractor cleaning specialists. To achieve this, we’re looking for firms that carry out specialist cleaning work, or which are looking to develop those services within their portfolio. Beyond decontamination and infection control, specialist cleaning encompasses many sectors. From void clearances of residential properties, through fly tip removal and roadside cleaning, to removing gum and graffiti from properties, we shine when it comes to cleaning.
We’re looking to partner with small- and medium-sized businesses with a passion and commitment to high-quality performance and customer satisfaction. As we grow our partner programme, there’s a limit to the number of partners we will add in each region. But most crucially, we demand the highest standards from our partners, to mirror our own cleaning excellence. We’re highly rated for speed and quality of service delivery, with accreditation from several industry bodies. Our staff are security cleared, medically fit and immunised, and we always make sure they’re properly equipped beyond industry standards. We are a licensed waste carrier and carry £20 million of insurance cover.

React Specialist Cleaning is an upper-tier licensed waste carrier. This means we’re licensed to carry waste from whatever source it comes; removing waste is often part of our regular cleaning contracts.
We train, check and certify that all partners operate to React’s standards. We provide full training in several specialist areas for those interested in developing their capability further. This includes the safe decontamination of property suspected of harbouring SARS-CoV-2, the virus responsible for Covid-19.
