We caught up with LaddersFree founders, Jason and Justin Korinek, to find out more about the company, and what the acquisition means for our clients, employees and partners.
Our mission: nationwide services delivered by local contractors
Established in 2002, our vision was to be recognised as one of the leading providers of commercial window cleaning services in the UK. Over the past 20 years we have focused on developing a network of highly-qualified window cleaning operatives located across the UK (otherwise known as the National Network of Ladderless Window Cleaners).
Our unique business model of using reputable window cleaners that travel less, means we provide rapid 24/7 response times and competitive prices - combined with the efficiencies of using a nationwide provider. Our clients have one point of contact, one invoice and receive stringent health and safety compliance. This is unrivalled in our industry.
Our sustainable approach to cleaning
Early in our journey, new legislation - in particular The Work at Height Directive 2005 - meant water-fed pole technology (otherwise known as ‘Reach and Wash’ Window Cleaning) was starting to establish itself as an alternative ‘ladder-free’ window cleaning method. Operated from the ground and with the ability to clean windows at height using eco-friendly deionized water, it soon became apparent that this would become the preferred methodology for window cleaning services at a range of commercial premises, including schools, hotels, car dealerships, and nursing homes.
LaddersFree also provides other methods for cleaning windows including traditional window cleaning using a squeegee and blade at ground level, or from a mobile elevated working platforms and window cleaning via abseiling/rope access.
What services do we offer?
Regardless of the height, shape or size of a building, or its location, we can clean it. And we clean it well. We provide weekly window cleaning services at small, high street retail units, through to monthly services at car dealerships and nursing homes, or periodic services to large schools. Our teams of operatives have the knowledge, experience and qualifications to carry out work safely, efficiently and to the highest possible standards. Whilst our primary service is window cleaning, we also provide cladding and gutter cleaning services, jet-washing, and the cleaning of signage, fascias and solar panels.
Who we work with
We operate in a range of sectors, including office, retail, hospitality, automotive, warehousing and retirement, with particular emphasis on the private sector. In retail, we clean the windows at high street shops, estate agents and beauty salons. Our hospitality sector clients include restaurants, hotel groups, and leisure centres. We also have contracts with schools, offices, nursing homes, GP surgeries and dental practices.
Our clients include Lidl, Next, Costa, Marriott, Holiday Inn Express and DPD. Today we service more than 3,000 commercial properties across the UK with contracts at independent, regional and national level.

We carry out due diligence on our contractors, so our customers don’t have to. This includes getting references, ensuring our operatives have the knowledge and understanding of health and safety legislation and checking that they have adequate insurance. We also have an enhanced £20 million public liability insurance policy. This contingency policy gives our customers the reassurance that regardless of the methodology, LaddersFree is adequately insured to carry out all window, cladding and gutter cleaning services.
